Due to restricted space during improvements at Borderway, trade stands will be allocated on a first come first served basis and applications will close when capacity is reached.

Market Pennage Area

Size 4.4m x 3.2m (Market Pennage is undercover)
For use of livestock, open stand space only and modular units.
Cost: £250 for first pen, £150 per additional pens.
Electricity: £80 (see information below).

Livestock On Stands

If any livestock are to be accommodated on trade stands, please select below.
Any cattle attending the event over the age of 41 days moving out of 1 year tested herds must be pre-movement tested.
Bedding material for pens must be only straw or sawdust.

If booked as a package with class sponsorship (see below) the cost will be £200 + VAT per pen, additional pens at £150 + VAT per pen.

The above charge includes cost of labour, erecting and dismantling, hire of fittings and electricity consumed during the period of the event. It is important that we are advised of electrical usage with the booking requirements.
Please note that the use of adapters and/or extension leads is not permitted.

No livestock permitted in outdoor area.
Electricity is not available to outdoor stands. Applicants require to supply own generator.

For larger outdoor stands, price on application from the organisers.
